Delivery

All orders received will be dispatched the next working day (depending on stock availability and/or order confirmation). Orders are processed and shipped from our Germany distribution centre on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). During promotional periods please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Bondi Sands will not be held responsible for refunding items lost, damaged or stolen during transit.

• Standard Delivery is FREE for all orders over €50, otherwise a flat rate applies.

• A flat rate of €4.90 applies to the following territories: Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg

• A flat rate of €9.99 applies to the following territories: Italy, Austria, Portugal, Switzerland, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Romania, Monaco & Bulgaria.

• All orders are sent via DPD or Fedex courier and are fully trackable;

• All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 5 business days;

• It is suggested you provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office / depot for collection;

• Delivery during peak periods such as Bank Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods, as well as orders placed on weekends can experience longer delivery times.

The data registered by the bondisands.eu website in respect of an order will be conclusive proof of the whole of the transactions conducted between Bondi Sands and its customers. In the event of a dispute between Bondi Sands and its customer about an order made on the bondisands.uk website, the data registered by Bondi Sands will be conclusive proof of the details of the transaction.
